Mr. Taher A. Khan - Chairman Interflow Group
Mr. Taher A. Khan founded the Interflow Group in 1983 by starting an advertising agency called Interflow Communications. Almost three decades later, the Interflow Group has evolved into a communications and media force in Pakistan, with 14 companies providing services on a 360 degree platform. Today, Mr. Taher A. Khan heads the Interflow Group as Chairman and Founder, and enjoys acclaim as the advertising veteran of Pakistan. He is actively involved with all the Group Companies, and strives hard to help them become leaders within their work discipline. His experience, expertise and network gives him a strong grasp in all facets of business. He excels in building and developing brands. He is a patron of the Cancer Society, a trustee of the Fatimid Foundation, a member of the Board of Governors of Dr. Ziauddin Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences, a member of the Young Presidents' Organization and the International Advertising Association (IAA) to name a few.
Mrs. Seema Taher Khan - CEO Airwaves Media
Mrs. Seema Taher Khan co-founded Interflow Communications with her husband Mr. Taher A. Khan. Her illustrious career spans over two decades. She has to her credit more than 400 commercials that she has directed, and has also been part of several productions in Britain, Spain, Turkey, South Africa and India. In addition to this, her 25 years advertising career includes campaign development, product launches, concept writing as well as directing photography and filmmaking. Furthermore, she currently heads the Interflow Group's electronic television channels (TVONE, NewsOne and WasebTV) as the CEO, and also heads the Group's Public Services Division. She brings inspiration and innovation to all work facets. She is the Chairperson of the Fine Arts and Aesthetic Committee, Arts Council, General Secretary of the Cancer Society and a member on the Board of Trustees of Fatimid Foundation. She has played a vital role as President of the Media Women Press Journalism Organization (MWPJO).
Mr. Mohammed Zaki - Group Director - Finance
Mr. Mohammed Zaki received his certification as a chartered accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan in 1993. He has over 25 years experience in leading multinational and national companies in Pakistan. He has been with the Interflow Group since 1994, playing an instrumental role in developing the Group Companies' financial structure and systems. In his position as the Group Director, Finance, he works to provide strategic financial direction to maximize the Interflow Group's position and its scalability. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAP), Pakistan Institute of Public Finance Accountants (PIPFA), Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Pakistan (ICSP) and the Institute of Taxation of Pakistan (ICTP).
Mr. Shahid Javaid - Group Director
Mr. Shahid Javaid is the Group Director for the Interflow Group's overall operations. He is a graduate from the Karachi University. He started his career in 1981 in the media department of Paragon Advertising. Two years later, he joined Interflow Communications as one of its founding members, and has been with the Interflow Group for 25 years. His experience spans over two decades having worked in various positions in media, client services, talent management and event management. His loyalty and dedication to the group are widely acknowledged by all. He is a lifetime member of the Cancer Society.
Mr. Ali A. Rizvi - Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Ali Rizvi graduated in 1998 from University of Kansas, USA, with majors in Civil engineering and Business administration. He has over 13 yrs of experience in management, marketing and advertising. His career started with an Engineering consultancy in USA, as Director Marketing. Ali has worked with both multinational and local conglomerate, in sectors ranging from airlines, FMCG’s, telecom, dairy, tobacco, confectionary and various others. He has launched and handled some of the leading brands in Pakistan and has extensive experience at senior management level working with top agencies in public relations, creative and media disciplines before joining Interflow group in 2009 with Contact Plus. As Chief Operating Officer, Interflow communications he leads the creative and media operations for all set-ups. Set the strategic direction and bringing the vision to life at all levels of the organization. Manage growth and formulate future business plans. Squarely meet and overcome operational challenges.
Mr. Mohammad Jamal - Resident Director – Islamabad
Associated with Interflow since 1992, after having worked in various position in the group from Director Client Services to Regional Head TV1, Jamal in April 2006 was given an opportunity to lead the Interflow Islamabad office. Since then he has shown to be a true leader in all aspects and taking his team forward with complete control and command. He has been a key member in success of various brands like Ufone, PTCL, PTC to name a few.
Mr. Sarosh Sohail - Resident Director - Lahore
With 11 years of experience and arming himself with a MBA from SZABIST, this weapon of brand satisfaction started working with a mid-sized agency. To everyone's surprise, this maverick was heading the media and client service department in no time. He then moved to Interflow where over the last eight years, he has continued to go beyond everyone's expectations. With achievements such as being the youngest resident director the agency's history and hands-on exposure to mega brands and FMCG’s such as Pepsi, UBL, Indus Motors and Samsung, Sarosh is now in charge of Interflow Communications Lahore office.
Ms. Reema Mustafa - Director Client Service - Karachi
With over a decades experience in various advertising and media roles, this number crunching maverick has been carving out brand new niches for her clients. Reema landed in the world of advertising immediately after completing her first Masters degree (Mass Communication) and eventually earned an additional Masters degree in Business Administration while juggling multiple assignments. Over the years, she has moved from Media Management all the way to General Management and been responsible for both securing business and managing business. Her brand portfolio sparkles with a plethora of national and multi-national brands including: PEL, Mitchells, Union Bank, Paktel, Tripple Em, Super Asia, Sitara Textile, Servis, Haleeb, MCB, Tetra Pak, Coca Cola, Phillips, Cannon. A recent addition to the Interflow team, Reema is now reenergizing service levels across a diverse account management team as well as securing new business and managing the KESC (Abraaj) account directly.
Mr. Adnan Yousuf - Executive Creative Director
Adnan Yousuf started his career as a designer in 1988, and worked his way to becoming an Art Director at The Circuit FCB where he spent four years. From The Circuit FCB, he went and joined JWT as Creative Group Head in 1992, where he worked on brands such as Shell, Unilever Personal Care Products, United Bank Limited, LG and American Express to name a few. Adnan later went on to become a Founding Partner and Creative Director at Think Tank where he served clients like ICI, Brinks Security and American Express. He is now heading the creative department as Executive Creative Director at Interflow Communications looking after Karachi and Islamabad offices, working on brands like Mountain Dew, 7-UP, 7-UP Free, Mirinda, Pepsi Snacks, Barclay’s Bank, Pakistan Telecommunications Corporation, Radio1 FM91, TV1 and many more. His work on Mirinda and Mountain Dew have been showcased at Pepsi Co., NY and have been aired successfully in the whole region.
Mr. Aiman Rizwan - Director Strategic Planning – Interflow Group
Since his MBA from the IBA Karachi, Aiman Rizwan has been midwife and nanny to a number of brands. He has held senior positions in the advertising industry including Partnerships Development Director at Lowe & Rauf; General Manager, Brandcom and Media Head, Adcom. He has also completed account planning projects at Lowe London, Bangkok and Jakarta. Aiman has been involved extensively with the communication process, from brand architecture to packaging design, TVC concepts to copywriting, media planning and website design for global and local brands.
Mr. Shahab Ahmad Khan - Creative Director - Islamabad
Shahab joined Interflow Karachi seven years ago as a trainee. Five years and a few grey hair later became the Creative Director of Interflow Islamabad. Shahab has climbed the ladder of creativity with complete zest and enthusiasm he has proved his mettle to everyone. He believes that it is ok to be a little crazy, a little rebellious, a little brave as long as you are a little practical.
